Hi, welcome to Family STEAM Lab. Our family is made up of two teachers and two curious girls. Our oldest has her own YouTube channel about STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) called Penny’s STEAM Lab. Really, that’s what started it all and maybe a touch of my (the mom) love of all things project and planning related.
Our oldest is smarter than is appropriate for a 6 year old (insert parental eye roll). I wish I could say she gets it from me but it’s all her dad. Our youngest is a lovable toddler with the need to stay busy.
In our blog you will see mostly STEAM projects but you will also see sensory play and yummy recipes (maybe even a dad project). It’s all the wonderful things that keep our family busy. We hope it’ll help keep your family busy too!
